Laurel cottage is a detached spacious cottage situated adjacent to Sandlin, the owner’s own property. This cottage can accommodate up to six guests in three bedrooms. This cottage has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate the less able guest and accompanied wheelchair users.
Ground floor. There is one bedroom with a king size bed and a spacious shower/wet room with washbasin and toilet. The open plan style kitchen area is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with integrated icebox, washing machine, toaster and kettle, iron and hoover. The living/dining area has comfy seating for six, dining table and chairs, coffee table and TV.
Upstairs. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a bathroom.
All bed linen is provided. Towels are supplied but not for the beach please.
Outside. There is a large patio to the rear of the cottage with barbecue and seating.
Parking is at the front of the cottage.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
Laurel cottage is not graded by Visit England but is of a similar design and standard to Elm, Oak and Rose cottages.
